Background
CHARD is an acronym for Community Hope for Agro and Relief Development. It is an impartial Non-governmental Organisation, non-profit, non-racial, non-discrimination, non-sectarian, and non-partisan which aims at improving the lives of destitute people who are in need of livelihood support and emergency humanitarian aid.
Consideration actions are required to meet the global commitments and national priorities, and supplement efforts being spearheaded by the Ministry. Looking forward, CHARD wishes to emphasize that its aim is committed to supporting the Authority in undertaking its mandate and in the implementation of the Strategic Plan for the period of 2024-2029.
